Account Manager

Qualifications:

–  Dependability, attention to details, and ability to follow/interpret procedures.

–  Knowledge of administrative procedures and software applications (such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.).

–  Comfortable with ability to navigate several computer programs.

–  Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required to help resolve routine problems, answer general questions, and know when to escalate more complex issues.

–  High school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of Property & Casualty customer service experience.

–  Experience with AMS 360 (preferably) or Applied Epic agency management systems.

–  Active Property & Casualty License.

Assistant Account Manager

Qualifications:

–  Dependability, attention to details, and ability to follow/interpret procedures.

–  Knowledge of administrative procedures and software applications (such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, etc.).

–  Comfortable with ability to navigate several computer programs.

–  Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required to help resolve routine problems, answer general questions, and know when to escalate more complex issues

–  High school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience
