Do keep in mind that not all Errors and Omissions (E&O) policy forms are created equal and there is no such thing as a “standard” policy. This is one of those coverages that must be customized to your specific exposures so it’s important to work with an agent who understands your industry and how to tailor such policy to suit your business.
