I wanted you to know how terrific I think Susan Sandlin is.  She is so efficient and understanding and always so quick with a response when I have a question or a problem.  I am so lucky to have her taking care of our account.  The switch to your agency was definitely a good one for us and a lot of that has to do with the terrific service Susan gives us.
